Summit Ag Flour Mill stands as an impressive $2.5 million project situated in Phillipsburg, Kansas. The facility promises to be a significant addition to the local industrial landscape. At the core of its infrastructure lies the meticulous work of ACI, which encompassed a range of essential installations.
This included providing and installing a variety of components such as Roof Top Units, Supply Fans, and Ducting Air Make-Up Units, ensuring optimal air circulation and climate control within the facility.
ACI went beyond traditional HVAC installations, taking a comprehensive approach to enhance the functionality of the mill. They meticulously planned and executed ducting for offices, labs, and MCC Rooms, ensuring optimal airflow. The integration of Unit Heaters added to the building’s comfort and efficiency. Moreover, ACI implemented a compressed air piping system and a robust Steam and Condensate System for Air Make-Up Units, showcasing their dedication to holistic solutions. Water piping installations for equipment and labs were also meticulously carried out, reinforcing the mill’s operational prowess for long-term efficiency.
