Falls from heights are the most common cause of fatal accidents on job sites. These incidents often occur due to missing guardrails, unstable scaffolding, or a lack of personal fall protection systems.

Struck-by accidents occur when workers are hit by objects such as tools, machinery, or vehicles. To prevent them, construction sites must enforce equipment safety zones, use proper signage, secure tools at heights, and ensure workers wear high-visibility clothing.

Preventing electrical hazards involves using only grounded and tested equipment, keeping tools away from water, inspecting cords regularly, and training workers to follow lockout/tagout procedures. Always keep a safe distance from overhead power lines.
