Job Summary

ACI Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead, train, and guide our plumbers in the field. This individual is expected to oversee operations and ensure the crew is prepared and given the resources to succeed.

Duties

• Display knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and ensure compliance with water, waste, and vent systems per contract documents.
• Layout and coordinate plumbing installation.
• Complete measurements in the field for creation and installation of plumbing systems.
• Schedule and organize materials needed in the field in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years managerial experience in the plumbing field.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 not required upon application but required after hire.
• Driving record meets company requirements.
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug screening required.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, loud noises, and more within OSHA standards when visiting the jobsite. Employees may be exposed to outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. May be expected to carry up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, walk moderate-to-long distances on varying surfaces, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, grip, push, and pull without issue.
