The scope included fabrication and installation of above-grade piping across structural racks and roadway crossings, replacing inaccessible underground lines. Work involved precise routing, structural supports, and tie-ins to the existing central plant and active terminals. Crews coordinated sequencing to maintain continuous airport operations, implementing temporary bypasses where required. The project improved system reliability, accessibility for maintenance, and capacity to support ongoing terminal expansions.
